Complete Pump Replacement

Send the current pump records and the duty required for the replacement. We use these to select the hydraulic configuration, materials and seals, and define the installation interfaces.

Current pump model, serial number, nameplate and curve.
Minimum, normal and maximum flow, with units.
Suction and discharge pressures, stating gauge or absolute; required differential pressure or total head.
Fluid composition, density or specific gravity, temperature and viscosity at temperature.
Vapor pressure, gas content and solids size or concentration.
Materials, seals, motor, speed, controls, nozzle arrangement, base and coupling drawings.

Replacement Parts

We regularly supply pitot tubes (pick-up tubes) and rotor assemblies. Most models within these two part categories are available from stock. Non-stock pitot tubes and rotor assemblies have a manufacturing lead time of 30 working days. Other components require customer drawings or an old part.

Part number or name and quantity.
Material and relevant operating conditions.
Drawings or photographs; identify whether an old part is available.
Required date and destination for supply planning.
Manufacturing, dispatch and transport arrangements are addressed separately.

Describe the process, operating problem and full duty range. Include startup and changing fluid conditions so hydraulic selection, materials, seals and controls address the way the process operates.
